Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Capable of multi-tasking and physical activities like bending, standing and reaching
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist in lifting 40 pounds
- Availability to work shifts between 4 p.m. and 6 a.m. and on weekends
- Comply with local regulations requiring Supervisors to be 21 years or older for certain tasks in Virginia
Job Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
- Must be 18 years or older
- Capable of assisting another person in lifting 40 pounds
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in customer service or retail preferred
Job Duties
- Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service
- Serve quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
- Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively
- Manage inventory by ordering, merchandising, rotating, and ensuring product availability
- Maintain cleanliness of the store, kitchen, and dining areas
- Lead by example fostering a high-energy and positive team environment
- Assist in training new employees and guiding performance improvement
