Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food industry preferred
- Ability to work early mornings, nights, and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Capacity to handle cash transactions accurately
- Physically able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Greet and connect with each customer
- Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on products
- Suggestively sell gift cards, complementary/additional products, and merchandise
- Solicit order, enter sale, and process payment timely and friendly
- Manage cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures
- Serve customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines
- Deliver products within speed of service guidelines and identify drinks upon delivery
- Operate and maintain cleanliness of store equipment
- Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas
- Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer
- Open store at 4:45 am
- Work nights and weekends
- Prepare deposits
- Supervise staff during manager absence
- Ensure the store is stocked and ready for orders
