Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior retail management experience preferred
  • legal authorization to work in the united states without sponsorship
  • ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds or more

Job Duties

  • lead multiple store units and ensure sales performance goals are met
  • hold associates accountable for in-store merchandising execution
  • lead selling programs and drive related key performance indicators
  • create a customer-centric and engaging store environment
  • conduct one-on-one meetings and regular check-ins with team members
  • manage workforce scheduling and compliance with company policies and regulations
  • oversee inventory management and cash handling procedures
  • implement social media strategy in collaboration with marketing
  • ensure timely store opening and closing procedures
  • execute company initiatives and other tasks as assigned
  • maintain awareness of competition and develop counter-strategies
  • conduct store inventory and resolve discrepancies
