Job Duties
- lead multiple store units and ensure sales performance goals are met
- hold associates accountable for in-store merchandising execution
- lead selling programs and drive related key performance indicators
- create a customer-centric and engaging store environment
- conduct one-on-one meetings and regular check-ins with team members
- manage workforce scheduling and compliance with company policies and regulations
- oversee inventory management and cash handling procedures
- implement social media strategy in collaboration with marketing
- ensure timely store opening and closing procedures
- execute company initiatives and other tasks as assigned
- maintain awareness of competition and develop counter-strategies
- conduct store inventory and resolve discrepancies
