Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to stand or sit for 8 or more hours at a time
- Capacity to lift, push, or pull over 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Lead multiple store units to meet sales performance goals
- Hold associates accountable for executing in-store merchandising
- Drive selling programs and manage related KPIs
- Ensure a customer-centric focus and create a compelling team environment
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and team-building activities
- Manage workforce scheduling and reconcile employee punches
- Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
- Handle product transfers and inventory documentation
- Provide product knowledge and coaching to associates
- Achieve store financial targets through effective customer service
- Implement merchandising, marketing, and POP standards
- Plan and monitor store social media strategy
- Manage timely store opening and closing procedures
- Maintain stock inventory levels and review merchandise flow
- Handle cash management and sales processing policies
- Execute company initiatives and maintain awareness of competition
- Conduct store inventory processes and resolve discrepancies
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
