Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead Mattress Firm's vision and company initiatives across multiple store units
- Hold associates accountable for executing in-store merchandising and selling programs
- Drive key performance indicator results and support omni-channel experience
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and 30-60-90-day check-ins with new hires for onboarding and team building
- Manage workforce activities including staffing schedules and compliance with company policies
- Provide technical product knowledge and coaching to associates
- Achieve or exceed store financial targets through effective operations and customer service
