Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead Mattress Firm's vision and company initiatives across multiple store units
  • Hold associates accountable for executing in-store merchandising and selling programs
  • Drive key performance indicator results and support omni-channel experience
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and 30-60-90-day check-ins with new hires for onboarding and team building
  • Manage workforce activities including staffing schedules and compliance with company policies
  • Provide technical product knowledge and coaching to associates
  • Achieve or exceed store financial targets through effective operations and customer service
