Job Requirements

  • Experience with social media marketing strategies is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Lead Mattress Firm's vision and company initiatives in multiple store units
  • Achieve sales performance goals by holding associates accountable for executing in-store merchandising
  • Lead selling programs and drive related KPI results supporting the omni-channel experience
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings for new hire onboarding and develop comprehensive team bio book
  • Perform workforce management activities including staffing schedule and punch reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, appearance standards, and state regulations
  • Provide technical and product knowledge as a subject matter expert and coach associates
  • Achieve or exceed store financial targets through effective execution and customer service
  • Manage product merchandising, marketing, POP standards, and social media strategy implementation
  • Ensure timely opening and closing procedures and manage stock inventory levels
  • Follow cash handling and sales processing policies
  • Conduct store inventory process and address discrepancies
  • Maintain awareness of competition and develop counter strategies
  • Lift, push, or pull items over 50 pounds
  • Execute company initiatives and tasks assigned by supervisors
