Job Requirements

  • Experience implementing marketing and social media strategies
  • Understanding of cash handling and sales processing procedures
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Duties

  • Lead multiple store units to achieve sales performance goals
  • Hold associates accountable for in-store merchandising execution
  • Drive selling programs and related KPIs
  • Support the omni-channel customer experience
  • Conduct one on one meetings with team members for onboarding and development
  • Manage workforce activities including scheduling and compliance
  • Provide product knowledge and coaching to associates
  • Ensure store financial targets are met or exceeded
  • Execute product merchandising, marketing and POP standards
  • Partner with marketing to implement social media strategy
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures
  • Oversee inventory levels and merchandise flow
  • Follow cash handling and sales processing policies
  • Maintain awareness of competition and develop counter strategies
  • Conduct store inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
  • Lift, push or pull 50+ pounds as needed
