- Understanding of cash handling and sales processing procedures

Job Duties
- Lead multiple store units to achieve sales performance goals
- Hold associates accountable for in-store merchandising execution
- Drive selling programs and related KPIs
- Support the omni-channel customer experience
- Conduct one on one meetings with team members for onboarding and development
- Manage workforce activities including scheduling and compliance
- Provide product knowledge and coaching to associates
- Ensure store financial targets are met or exceeded
- Execute product merchandising, marketing and POP standards
- Partner with marketing to implement social media strategy
- Manage store opening and closing procedures
- Oversee inventory levels and merchandise flow
- Follow cash handling and sales processing policies
- Maintain awareness of competition and develop counter strategies
- Conduct store inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
- Lift, push or pull 50+ pounds as needed
