Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Previous retail management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in workforce management and inventory control
- Basic knowledge of financial targets and sales KPIs
- Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes
Job Duties
- Lead and inspire store teams to achieve sales goals and maintain merchandising standards
- Develop and conduct onboarding and regular check-ins for new hires to support team growth
- Manage workforce scheduling, ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
- Provide coaching and skill development to associates based on performance analysis
- Oversee store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and sales processing
- Partner with marketing to implement and monitor social media strategies for store brand awareness
- Ensure store opening and closing procedures are properly executed and maintain store appearance and functionality
