Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Previous retail management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in workforce management and inventory control
  • Basic knowledge of financial targets and sales KPIs
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire store teams to achieve sales goals and maintain merchandising standards
  • Develop and conduct onboarding and regular check-ins for new hires to support team growth
  • Manage workforce scheduling, ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
  • Provide coaching and skill development to associates based on performance analysis
  • Oversee store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and sales processing
  • Partner with marketing to implement and monitor social media strategies for store brand awareness
  • Ensure store opening and closing procedures are properly executed and maintain store appearance and functionality
