Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years retail management experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to stand or sit for 8 or more hours
- Capability to lift, push, or pull 50 or more pounds
- Strong customer service orientation
- Competency in using workforce management systems

- Availability to meet the demands of multiple store unit oversight

Job Duties
- Lead store vision and company initiatives across multiple store units
- Hold associates accountable for executing in-store merchandising standards
- Drive selling programs and achieve related KPI results
- Ensure exceptional customer service and omni-channel experience
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and team check-ins for talent development
- Manage workforce activities including staffing schedules and compliance with policies
- Oversee store financial targets through effective operations and customer service
- Collaborate with marketing on social media strategies
- Maintain inventory accuracy and execute cash handling procedures
- Monitor competition and develop strategies to mitigate impact
- Conduct store level inventory processes and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure timely store opening and closing procedures
- Lift, push, or pull over 50 pounds as required
- Execute company initiatives and activities as directed
