Job Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to stand or sit for 8 or more hours

  • Experience managing multiple store locations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven leadership experience in retail management
  • Strong coaching and team development skills
  • Ability to analyze and act on performance metrics
  • Proficiency in inventory and workforce management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of cash handling and sales processing policies
  • Ability to plan and strategize effectively
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Arabic preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead sales performance and hold associates accountable for in-store merchandising execution
  • Drive key performance indicators and support omni-channel experience
  • Conduct one-on-one team meetings and develop a team bio book
  • Perform 30-60-90 day new hire check-ins
  • Manage workforce activities including staffing schedules and punch reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
  • Provide technical product knowledge and coaching
  • Achieve or exceed store financial targets
  • Execute product merchandising and marketing standards
  • Partner with marketing on social media strategies
  • Oversee store opening and closing procedures
  • Manage inventory levels and merchandise flow
  • Handle cash processing and sales invoicing
  • Maintain awareness of competition and develop counter strategies
  • Conduct inventory processes and research discrepancies
  • Execute company initiatives as assigned
