Job Requirements

- Proven leadership experience in retail management
- Strong coaching and team development skills

- Proficiency in inventory and workforce management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cash handling and sales processing policies
- Ability to plan and strategize effectively
- Bilingual in Spanish or Arabic preferred
Job Duties
- Lead sales performance and hold associates accountable for in-store merchandising execution
- Drive key performance indicators and support omni-channel experience
- Conduct one-on-one team meetings and develop a team bio book
- Perform 30-60-90 day new hire check-ins
- Manage workforce activities including staffing schedules and punch reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
- Provide technical product knowledge and coaching
- Achieve or exceed store financial targets
- Execute product merchandising and marketing standards
- Partner with marketing on social media strategies
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures
- Manage inventory levels and merchandise flow
- Handle cash processing and sales invoicing
- Maintain awareness of competition and develop counter strategies
- Conduct inventory processes and research discrepancies
- Execute company initiatives as assigned
