Job Requirements

  • Provide technical product training and coaching to associates
  • Achieve store financial targets through effective business operations
  • Coordinate marketing and social media strategies for assigned stores
  • Ensure timely opening and closing procedures
  • Manage stock inventory and conduct merchandise flow reviews
  • Follow cash handling and sales processing policies
  • Execute company initiatives and maintain awareness of competitive landscape
  • Conduct store level inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
  • Lift, push, or pull items weighing over 50 pounds
