- Provide technical product training and coaching to associates
- Achieve store financial targets through effective business operations
- Coordinate marketing and social media strategies for assigned stores
- Ensure timely opening and closing procedures
- Manage stock inventory and conduct merchandise flow reviews
- Follow cash handling and sales processing policies
- Execute company initiatives and maintain awareness of competitive landscape
