The Store Operations Manager (General Manager) role is designed to offer exceptional training, mentorship, and professional growth with quick advancement opportunities. This position provides a competitive starting salary up to $57,000, coupled with a monthly bonus compensation package that rewards sales success. As a Store Operations Manager, you will lead a diverse team of part-time hourly employees, including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew members, and Delivery Drivers. Your leadership will ensure all service aspects meet Insomnia Cookies' high standards, including outstanding food quality, engaging customer service, employee friendliness, and immaculate store cleanliness. You will be responsible for crafting a culture of excellence that drives cookie quality, memorable guest experiences, and strong sales performance, while fostering individual growth and opportunity for every team member. You will oversee inventory control, organize local marketing initiatives, and develop in-store recognition programs and contests to motivate your team and deepen customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of management or leadership experience within a restaurant or retail environment. Availability during mid-to-late shifts later in the week (Thursday through Sunday) is required. You should embody a benevolent leadership style combined with a hands-on player-coach approach to daily business management. A genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to deliver exceptional service to all guests are essential qualities. Strong technical skills with restaurant or retail business software, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, and experience in hiring using Applicant Tracking Systems are also important. Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is considered a plus.
