Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related area or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with internet marketing and pay-per-click advertising
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to develop original content for social media platforms
- Experience in event coordination and community engagement
Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store
- Create and execute various digital promotions and marketing campaigns
- Maintain a detailed digital content calendar
- Develop original content for day-to-day social media posts
- Assist area stores with management of social media content and individual store promotions
- Work with marketing director and vendors to build local sponsorships and community programs
- Assist in pre-event planning and day of event execution for various community and sponsorship related events
