Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
- ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week
- commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace environment
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- demonstrated leadership and coaching experience
- entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-driven environment
