Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment in the country of application
- Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week when needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to coach and mentor team members
- Professional maturity and a passion for customer service
Job Duties
- Lead and manage coffeehouse operations to achieve sales and service goals
- Coach and mentor team partners to develop skills and ensure high performance
- Ensure operational standards and quality control for all products and customer experiences
- Develop and maintain a positive, inclusive store culture that fosters connection and teamwork
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor costs efficiently
- Problem-solve daily challenges and implement process improvements
- Uphold safety and compliance standards within the store environment
