Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
- ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mentality with a sales-oriented approach
- proven leadership capabilities with the ability to coach and mentor team
- professional maturity in handling store operations
Job Duties
- lead and mentor store team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- manage daily store operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- maintain high standards for coffee crafting and customer experience
- develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals
- resolve operational and customer issues with professionalism
- coach and support team partners to foster growth and teamwork
- oversee inventory management and store cleanliness
