Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mentality with a sales-oriented approach
  • proven leadership capabilities with the ability to coach and mentor team
  • professional maturity in handling store operations

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor store team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily store operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • maintain high standards for coffee crafting and customer experience
  • develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals
  • resolve operational and customer issues with professionalism
  • coach and support team partners to foster growth and teamwork
  • oversee inventory management and store cleanliness
