Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application
  • Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Commitment to upholding Starbucks' values and customer service standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience coaching and mentoring teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-driven environments
  • Professional maturity and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage daily operations ensuring quality and consistency in product and service
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and operational targets
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes teamwork and respect
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
