Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application
- Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Commitment to upholding Starbucks' values and customer service standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience coaching and mentoring teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-driven environments
- Professional maturity and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively
Job Duties
- Lead and coach a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage daily operations ensuring quality and consistency in product and service
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and operational targets
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes teamwork and respect
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
