Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or ged
- 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
- proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor teams
- professional maturity in managing diverse staff and situations
Job Duties
- lead and mentor team partners to deliver exceptional customer service
- manage daily coffeehouse operations ensuring quality and efficiency
- develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
- foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- handle organizational tasks including scheduling, inventory management, and training
- resolve customer issues while maintaining Starbucks standards
