Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- lead and mentor team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- drive sales goals through effective coaching and sales strategies
- maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and safety
- resolve customer issues promptly to uphold brand reputation
- coordinate scheduling and labor costs to optimize staffing
- support implementation of company initiatives and training programs
