Job Requirements
- legal documentation to work in the country
- ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work over 40 hours per week when required
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- strong leadership and coaching abilities

Job Duties
- lead and mentor a team to achieve high performance and excellent customer service
- manage daily coffeehouse operations including inventory, scheduling, and cash handling
- foster a warm and welcoming environment that encourages customer connection
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality
- drive sales through effective merchandising and customer engagement
- resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly
- support partner development and training initiatives
