Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the applying country
  • Ability to work full time with work regularly exceeding 40 hours per week
  • Availability for variable shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with sales focus
  • Ability to work variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor coffeehouse team partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory, sales, and staff scheduling
  • Ensure the store environment is welcoming, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards
  • Drive sales initiatives and promote an entrepreneurial spirit within the team
  • Coach and develop team partners to achieve their professional growth and maximize performance
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain operational excellence and support financial performance objectives
