Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the applying country
- Ability to work full time with work regularly exceeding 40 hours per week
- Availability for variable shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with sales focus
- Ability to work variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor coffeehouse team partners to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage daily store operations including inventory, sales, and staff scheduling
- Ensure the store environment is welcoming, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards
- Drive sales initiatives and promote an entrepreneurial spirit within the team
- Coach and develop team partners to achieve their professional growth and maximize performance
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain operational excellence and support financial performance objectives
