Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and or holidays
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor team partners

Job Duties
- Lead and coach team partners to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage store operations including scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution
- Ensure adherence to Starbucks quality standards and health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store goals
- Support community engagement initiatives
- Analyze store performance metrics and implement improvements
