Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to work in the country of application
- ability to work full time exceeding 40 hours per week including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- minimum high school diploma or GED

- at least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- strong leadership and coaching abilities
- excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- experience working in a sales-focused environment
- professional maturity and ability to mentor team members

- manage daily store operations ensuring efficiency and quality
