Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to work in the country of application
  • ability to work full time exceeding 40 hours per week including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • minimum high school diploma or GED

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • at least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • experience working in a sales-focused environment
  • professional maturity and ability to mentor team members

Job Duties

  • lead and coach team partners to deliver excellent customer service
  • manage daily store operations ensuring efficiency and quality
  • develop and mentor staff to support their growth and professional maturity
  • utilize strong problem solving skills to address and resolve operational challenges
  • drive sales performance with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers and partners
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the store
