Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
- ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- willingness to work regularly more than 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
- entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
- professional maturity in managing teams
Job Duties
- lead and mentor team partners to provide exceptional customer service
- oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and quality
- manage inventory and supply orders to maintain product availability
