Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • willingness to work regularly more than 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
  • professional maturity in managing teams

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor team partners to provide exceptional customer service
  • oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and quality
  • manage inventory and supply orders to maintain product availability
  • develop and execute sales strategies to meet financial targets
  • foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
