Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be employed
- ability to work full time, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- availability for regularly scheduled work in excess of 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
- proven leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor
- professional maturity in managing team dynamics
