Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be employed
  • ability to work full time, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • availability for regularly scheduled work in excess of 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
  • proven leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor
  • professional maturity in managing team dynamics
