Job Duties

  • understand stock routines and manage inventory commercially
  • communicate store product needs to District Managers and Merchandising Team
  • maximize team sales potential and ensure commercial expectations are met
  • ensure the team delivers customer service consistently and enthusiastically
  • create a sales environment based on local and customer profiles
  • coach team on effective sales approaches aligned with brand values
  • drive team to meet performance plans and KPIs
  • promote database building and clienteling results
  • manage budgets and controllable elements of profit and loss
  • support marketing opportunities and brand promotions
  • monitor competitor and local market awareness
  • interpret location's actuals, plans, and KPIs and develop commercial action plans
  • embrace and implement digital initiatives to enhance sales and brand profile
