Job Duties
- Display confident leadership and use the team to achieve excellence

- execute consistent training and ensure team knowledge is up to date
- coach, develop, and appraise team members flexibly and consistently
- document and manage underperformance in coordination with District Manager and Human Resources
- implement effective incentives to motivate the team
- identify and resolve recruitment needs through succession planning and networking
- onboard new hires effectively using company tools
- hold regular management meetings to strategize and review business
- keep updated on retail sector trends and future initiatives
- develop strategic partnerships with host store partners
- drive product knowledge using available tools
- inform team on product knowledge and customer insights
- enforce merchandising guidelines, replenishment procedures, and housekeeping standards
- understand stock routines and manage inventory commercially
- communicate store product needs to District Managers and Merchandising Team
- maximize team sales potential and ensure commercial expectations are met
- ensure the team delivers customer service consistently and enthusiastically
- create a sales environment based on local and customer profiles
- coach team on effective sales approaches aligned with brand values
- drive team to meet performance plans and KPIs
- promote database building and clienteling results
- manage budgets and controllable elements of profit and loss
- support marketing opportunities and brand promotions
- monitor competitor and local market awareness
- interpret location's actuals, plans, and KPIs and develop commercial action plans
- embrace and implement digital initiatives to enhance sales and brand profile
- communicate and manage all company directives effectively
- delegate tasks timely and according to policies
- ensure team awareness and implementation of health and safety procedures
- implement all loss prevention measures and report misuse or theft
- manage accurate cash handling and banking procedures
- deliver daily operations according to company policies
