Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • Ability to work full time exceeding 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor team partners professionally

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor a team of coffeehouse partners
  • Manage daily store operations ensuring sales goals are met
  • Maintain high standards of product quality and customer service
