Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service

- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor
- Professional maturity in handling team and customer relations

- Lead and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage daily store operations with an emphasis on sales and efficiency
