Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- minimum high school or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US military service
- strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- strong leadership and coaching skills

Job Duties
- lead and mentor a diverse team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service
- manage daily coffeehouse operations ensuring quality, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards
- develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- coach and support partners through continuous development and performance feedback
- maintain inventory levels and control costs effectively
- foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for partners and customers
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and Starbucks policies
