Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • minimum high school or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US military service
  • strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor a diverse team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily coffeehouse operations ensuring quality, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards
  • develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • coach and support partners through continuous development and performance feedback
  • maintain inventory levels and control costs effectively
  • foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for partners and customers
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and Starbucks policies
