Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • three years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • proven leadership and team development skills
  • professional maturity in coaching and mentoring

Job Duties

  • lead and manage the daily operations of the coffeehouse
  • coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
  • create a warm and welcoming environment for customers
  • drive sales through an entrepreneurial and customer-focused approach
  • ensure quality and consistency in coffee and service delivery
  • manage scheduling and labor costs effectively
