Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country applying
- ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment
- proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor a diverse team
Job Duties
- lead and mentor store team partners to ensure high performance and excellent customer service
- manage daily store operations including inventory, sales, and staff scheduling
- create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and promote product knowledge
- resolve operational issues promptly and effectively
- coach team members to support their development and career growth
- uphold company standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness
