Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country applying
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment
  • proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor a diverse team

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor store team partners to ensure high performance and excellent customer service
  • manage daily store operations including inventory, sales, and staff scheduling
  • create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and promote product knowledge
  • resolve operational issues promptly and effectively
  • coach team members to support their development and career growth
  • uphold company standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness
