Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
  • Ability to work full time including variable hours with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to engage in work that regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams with professional maturity
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive community atmosphere
