Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
  • Ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US military service
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with sales focus
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to mentor team partners professionally
  • Willingness to work variable shifts including holidays and weekends
