Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
  • proven leadership ability with experience coaching and mentoring teams
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • professional maturity

Job Duties

  • lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily business operations including inventory and staff scheduling
  • coach and mentor team partners to enhance performance and professional growth
  • maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in the coffeehouse
  • drive sales through effective team leadership and community engagement
  • resolve operational and customer-related issues promptly and professionally
  • ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
