Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
  • Ability to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years retail or customer service management experience, or four plus years of US military service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-focused settings
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor professionally

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee daily coffeehouse operations ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and foster professional growth
  • Manage sales goals with an entrepreneurial focus and drive to meet business objectives
  • Handle organizational and problem-solving tasks to maintain smooth functioning of the store
  • Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere that encourages customer connection and community engagement
  • Adapt to variable work hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
