Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • availability to work over 40 hours per week as needed

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • proven leadership skills with the ability to professionally coach and mentor team members

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor a team of partners to deliver excellent customer service
  • manage day-to-day store operations ensuring adherence to company standards
