Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility
- ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- availability to work over 40 hours per week as needed

Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- proven leadership skills with the ability to professionally coach and mentor team members
Job Duties
- lead and mentor a team of partners to deliver excellent customer service
- manage day-to-day store operations ensuring adherence to company standards
- foster a welcoming and inclusive store environment
- drive sales through effective team guidance and customer engagement
- handle organizational tasks including scheduling and inventory management
- resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- promote community connection through exceptional coffeehouse experiences
