Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • professional maturity in coaching and mentoring

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily coffeehouse operations ensuring quality and efficiency
  • develop and coach team members to support their growth and professional development
  • maintain inventory and operational standards consistent with company policies
  • foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • resolve customer and partner issues promptly and professionally
