Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • Ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week as needed
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences and teamwork
  • Physical ability to perform duties in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with coaching and mentoring skills
  • Professional maturity and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Coach and mentor team partners to foster growth and professional development
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming environment for customers and staff
