Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
- Ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week as needed
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences and teamwork
- Physical ability to perform duties in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with coaching and mentoring skills
- Professional maturity and communication skills
