Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • Ability to work full-time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
  • Availability to work in excess of 40 hours per week as required
  • Willingness to comply with state and local employment laws
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service and leadership

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with a focus on sales
  • Ability to work professionally in a team environment
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor team partners with professional maturity
  • Manage daily coffeehouse operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective team leadership
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and problem-solving skills
  • Implement company policies, procedures, and standards consistently
  • Develop and maintain strong organizational and interpersonal communication within the team
