Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country
  • ability to work full-time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

  • physical ability to perform job duties including standing and lifting as necessary

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
  • strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor teams
  • entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
  • excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • professional maturity and ability to lead by example

Job Duties

  • lead and manage daily coffeehouse operations
  • coach and mentor team partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • maintain high standards of product quality and presentation
  • develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals
