Job Requirements

  • legal documentation to establish identity and eligibility for employment
  • ability to work full time with more than 40 hours per week including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • proven leadership ability and professional maturity in coaching and mentoring
  • ability to work variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • lead and manage coffeehouse team partners to ensure excellent customer service
  • coach and mentor team members to develop skills and professional growth
  • oversee daily store operations including inventory management and compliance with company standards
  • drive sales growth through motivating team and fostering an engaging customer experience
  • maintain a welcoming and inclusive store environment
  • handle scheduling and staffing needs to optimize operational efficiency
  • ensure health and safety standards are consistently met
