Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
  • Professional maturity and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality
