Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead daily store operations to ensure exceptional customer service
- Coach and mentor team partners promoting professional growth
- Organize and manage partner schedules effectively
- Achieve and manage sales targets with an entrepreneurial approach
- Maintain store compliance with health and safety standards
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and staff
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Starbucks' values and culture
