Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service

- Professional maturity in coaching and mentoring
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily coffeehouse operations
- Coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Ensure quality standards in coffee preparation and store presentation
- Drive sales goals with an entrepreneurial approach
- Manage scheduling and labor costs efficiently
- Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Resolve customer and partner issues with professionalism
