Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation to verify identity and eligibility to work legally in the country
  • Ability to work full time, often more than 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • Professional maturity in coaching and mentoring

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily coffeehouse operations
  • Coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Ensure quality standards in coffee preparation and store presentation
  • Drive sales goals with an entrepreneurial approach
  • Manage scheduling and labor costs efficiently
  • Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Resolve customer and partner issues with professionalism
