Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead in-store merchandising execution and hold associates accountable
- drive sales programs and achieve sales performance goals
- conduct onboarding and 30-60-90 day check-ins with new team members
- manage workforce activities including scheduling and punching reconciliation
- ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
- provide product knowledge and coaching to associates
- oversee inventory management and sales processing
- implement marketing and social media strategies to increase brand awareness
- maintain timely store opening and closing procedures
- follow cash handling and payment acceptance guidelines
- analyze competition and develop counter strategies
- execute company initiatives and special assignments
- conduct store level inventory process and resolve discrepancies
