Job Duties
- conduct one-on-one meetings to understand team motivations and aspirations
- develop and maintain a team bio book to track growth and insights
- perform 30-60-90-day check-ins with new team members
- conduct workforce management activities including scheduling and reconciling punches
- ensure adherence to company policies and state regulations
- represent company brand professionally in all interactions
- follow procedures for product transfers and inventory documentation
- strategically plan store staffing and partner with leadership for adjustments
- provide technical and product knowledge coaching to associates
- analyze reports to identify skill gaps and coach accordingly
- achieve or exceed store financial targets through effective customer service
- ensure store merchandising, marketing, and POP standards are met
- collaborate with marketing on social media strategy to boost brand awareness
- oversee timely store opening and closing procedures
- manage stock inventory and review merchandise flow for accuracy
- follow company cash handling and payment acceptance procedures
- adhere to sales processing policies for customer invoicing
- maintain the ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- execute company initiatives and supervisor requests
- monitor competition and develop counter strategies
- conduct inventory processes and resolve discrepancies
- lift, push or pull 50+ pounds when necessary
- foster a collaborative and motivated team environment focused on success
