Job Duties

  • conduct one-on-one meetings to understand team motivations and aspirations
  • develop and maintain a team bio book to track growth and insights
  • perform 30-60-90-day check-ins with new team members
  • conduct workforce management activities including scheduling and reconciling punches
  • ensure adherence to company policies and state regulations
  • represent company brand professionally in all interactions
  • follow procedures for product transfers and inventory documentation
  • strategically plan store staffing and partner with leadership for adjustments
  • provide technical and product knowledge coaching to associates
  • analyze reports to identify skill gaps and coach accordingly
  • achieve or exceed store financial targets through effective customer service
  • ensure store merchandising, marketing, and POP standards are met
  • collaborate with marketing on social media strategy to boost brand awareness
  • oversee timely store opening and closing procedures
  • manage stock inventory and review merchandise flow for accuracy
  • follow company cash handling and payment acceptance procedures
  • adhere to sales processing policies for customer invoicing
  • maintain the ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • execute company initiatives and supervisor requests
  • monitor competition and develop counter strategies
  • conduct inventory processes and resolve discrepancies
  • lift, push or pull 50+ pounds when necessary
