Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Job Duties
- Lead store vision and company initiatives to achieve sales goals
- Hold associates accountable for in-store merchandising execution
- Drive selling programs and KPIs across multiple store units
- Create engaging customer-centric environment
- Develop and coach associates through one-on-one meetings and progress check-ins
- Manage workforce activities including scheduling and compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and state regulations
- Oversee inventory management and product merchandising standards
- Partner with marketing for social media strategy implementation
- Handle cash and sales processing accurately
- Maintain store operational procedures including opening and closing
- Conduct inventory auditing and resolve discrepancies
- Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as required
