Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in a retail leadership role
- ability to work standing or sitting for 8+ hours
- capability to lift or move heavy objects weighing 50+ pounds
- legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- adherence to company policies and state regulations

Job Duties
- lead Mattress Firm's vision and company initiatives
- achieve sales performance goals by managing in-store merchandising
- lead selling programs and drive KPI results
- support the omni-channel retail experience
- create a customer-centric and engaging environment
- develop and coach associates to improve skills and performance
- conduct workforce management including scheduling and policy compliance
- manage inventory and merchandising standards
- partner with marketing to enhance brand awareness and sales
- handle store operations including cash, invoicing, opening and closing procedures
- maintain awareness of competition and develop counter strategies
- execute company initiatives and maintain store presentation standards
- conduct store inventory and resolve discrepancies
- lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds
