Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
  • Ability to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and or holidays
  • Availability to regularly work over 40 hours per week
  • Commitment to uphold Starbucks company standards and policies

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of U.S. Military service
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor team members
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional maturity and effective communication skills

  • Lead and manage daily coffeehouse operations
  • Coach and mentor team members to foster professional growth
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and create meaningful customer experiences
  • Maintain high standards for product quality and store cleanliness
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals
  • Manage inventory and control costs
  • Uphold company policies and compliance requirements
