Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- Ability to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and or holidays
- Availability to regularly work over 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of U.S. Military service
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to coach and mentor team members
- Entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Professional maturity and effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily coffeehouse operations
- Coach and mentor team members to foster professional growth
- Ensure exceptional customer service and create meaningful customer experiences
- Maintain high standards for product quality and store cleanliness
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals
- Manage inventory and control costs
- Uphold company policies and compliance requirements
