Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility in the country of application
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • availability to work more than 40 hours per week as required

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mindset with sales-focused experience
  • professional maturity with ability to coach and mentor

Job Duties

  • Lead daily coffeehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
  • coach, mentor, and develop team partners fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • drive sales performance through effective management and entrepreneurial strategies
  • maintain high standards of coffee quality, store cleanliness, and safety compliance
  • resolve customer issues with professionalism and a focus on creating positive experiences
  • manage inventory and control operational costs in alignment with budgetary goals
  • implement company policies and procedures to safeguard the coffeehouse’s reputation and operational integrity
