Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility in the country of application
- ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- availability to work more than 40 hours per week as required
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service

Job Duties
- Lead daily coffeehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- coach, mentor, and develop team partners fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- drive sales performance through effective management and entrepreneurial strategies
- maintain high standards of coffee quality, store cleanliness, and safety compliance
- resolve customer issues with professionalism and a focus on creating positive experiences
- manage inventory and control operational costs in alignment with budgetary goals
- implement company policies and procedures to safeguard the coffeehouse’s reputation and operational integrity
